Change of Mind Returns

Return window:
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.

Condition:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Costs:
Return shipping isn’t free for change-of-mind returns.

How to start:
Email us at support@heathersfootwear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We’ll reply with a confirmation email containing:

  • simple return instructions

  • the correct return address for our warehouse in China

Please wait for our confirmation email before sending your parcel.

Where to Send Your Return

All returns are processed by our returns warehouse in China.
The full return address will be provided in our confirmation email.

Returns sent without waiting for confirmation may be delayed or refused.

Exchanges & Faulty Items

Exchanges:
You may request an exchange within 30 days (subject to stock availability).

Faulty or damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with clear photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. In these cases, we cover reasonable return postage once the issue is assessed.

Refunds

Processing time:
Returns are reviewed within 2–5 business days after the parcel is marked as delivered to our warehouse.

Payout:
Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days on your original payment method (timing depends on your bank or card issuer).

You’ll receive an email as soon as your return is approved.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.
Email us promptly at support@heathersfootwear.com with your order number.

What Isn’t Returnable (for hygiene & safety)

  • Items with visible wear

  • Products not in original packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
